Guest Center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays. points exchange shipping is also closed.


【Notes concerning membership points】
*Points equivalent to 5% of room charge (excluding taxes, rounding down a fraction less than \100)will be vested to your account.
*Hotel Gift Ticket cannot be converted into cash. No change will be given to the balance after using the ticket.
*Points will not be vested with the reservation made through internet agents, travel agencies and corporate discount rates.
*It may take a few days after check-out date for the vested points to be shown on your account.
*Please note that if you initially created your member’s account through our Japanese website, you will not be able to log on to this account through our English website.

Guest Center will be closed for the New Year's holiday from December 28, 2019 to January 5, 2020.
For this period inquiries, shipping of point replacement items will be suspended.

Guest Center will be closed for the New Year's holiday from December 28, 2019 to January 5, 2020, this period inquiries, shipping of point replacement items will be suspended.

  1. Inquiries
    • Please note that guest center will close from December 28 to January 5.
    • We will start operations from January 6. (Weekdays from 10: 00 to 17: 00)
  2. Points exchange
    • Shipment of replacement items will be suspended from December 27, to January 5.
    • Shipment of replacement items will be made in order from January 6.
    • The remaining points after the replacement procedure will be reflected on the website. It will be the afternoon on January 7.
    • Hotel receive replacement items will also be suspended from January 6 to January 15.
      (Point replacement items cannot be given directly at the hotel.)
    • Please note that for orders from 26 December to 5 January, it will take about 20 days to deliver the items below.
      Toba Cheese cake, Toba Select Gift, NEMU Select Gift, THE CELESTINE HOTEL TOKYO SHIBA Assorted Cookies and Original Pillow.
