We will inform you of the modification of your login ID in order to improve conveniences for all MGH members.

The login system has been changed since March 2017, please login with your registered e-mail address and password.

【Notes concerning membership points】
*Points equivalent to 5% of room charge (excluding taxes, rounding down a fraction less than \100)will be vested to your account.
*Hotel Gift Ticket cannot be converted into cash. No change will be given to the balance after using the ticket.
*Points will not be vested with the reservation made through internet agents, travel agencies and corporate discount rates.
*It may take a few days after check-out date for the vested points to be shown on your account.
*Please note that if you initially created your member’s account through our Japanese website, you will not be able to log on to this account through our English website.

We would like to inform you that Golden Week will be coming soon. During Golden Week,
Japanese public holidays are clustered together, and, many companies make this into long
days shutdown period.

 

We are sorry, the guest center has limited working days during Golden Week.

    • Shipment of replacement items will be suspended from April 27th to May 6th.
    • Shipment of replacement items will be made in order from May 7th..
    • Remaining point display after exchange will be a few days after exchange on your "My Page".
    • Hotel receive replacement items will also be suspended from 27th to May 15th. (Point
      replacement items cannot be given directly at the hotel.)
